چکیده
Abstract Background The prognostic impact of walk-in patients with ST elevated myocardial infarction (STEMI) is unknown. aim this study was to compare the prognosis STEMI and ambulance-transported patients. Methods We evaluated 260 1,641 enrolled from Mie ACS registry, which a prospective multicenter registry between 2013 2019. Propensity score matched analysis performed validate results. Coronary risk factor, sex, Killip class, door-to-balloon time used for compute propensity score. Results matching yielded 226 cases per group. All-cause mortality tended be higher in group than without reaching significant difference, although had slightly before (See Figure 1). Symptom-onset-to-reperfusion significantly longer (241 vs 184 minutes, p<0.01). Conclusion short mid-term similar However, prehospital delay should shortened by using ambulance better Funding Acknowledgement Type funding sources: None.

متن کاملThe streptokinase therapy complications and its associated risk factors in patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is one of the main leading causes of mortality and morbidity. Despite the progress in the treatment of AMI, streptokinase is still being used in many countries. Because of the critical condition of patients with AMI and complications of streptokinase therapy, this study was performed to evaluate the pattern of adverse drug reaction (ADRs) induced by streptokina...

متن کاملStudy of the Duration, Outcomes, and Related Factors of Reperfusion Therapy in Patients with ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction
Background and Objective: One of the most important advancements regarding the care of patients with acute myocardial infarction is the administration of anti-coagulation medicines (e.g., streptokinase). However, it must be noticed that this medicine requires rapid and timely administration. Moreover, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) is increasingly used as a method of revascularization...
متن کاملRegional Longitudinal Myocardial Deformation Provides Incremental Prognostic Information in Patients with ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction
BACKGROUND Global longitudinal systolic strain (GLS) has recently been demonstrated to be a superior prognosticator to conventional echocardiographic measures in patients after myocardial infarction (MI). The aim of this study was to evaluate the prognostic value of regional longitudinal myocardial deformation in comparison to GLS, conventional echocardiography and clinical information. METHO...
